Hi and thanks for stopping by today! I am starting off the week with Sneak Peeks of the Taylored Expressions March Release.
Taylored Expressions is celebrating Release Week with some fabulous giveaways! Visit the TE Blog to answer Taylor’s Question of the Day for a chance to win a prize from the latest release!

My card today showcases the Happily Ever After Stamp Set and the new Happily Ever After Dies. I created this card for my daughter who is getting married in May! I used the new Little Bits Wedding Ring Die to create the rings and attached them the a tag cut with the new Tag Stacklets 3. The white frame is cut with the Frame in Frame Dies.

I created the background with Watercolor Paper and Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Tumbled Glass and Broken China and then misted water on the paper.

The flowers and sentiment are from the Happily Ever Stamp Set are stamped in Memento Luxe Wedding Day Ink and embossed with white embossing powder.

All the new products will be released on Thursday, the 3rd of March at 7 AM PST.

Happy Easter

Happy Friday! After a few days of rain it looks like it will be a beautiful weekend here in San Diego. Tomorrow I am going with my daughter for her trial run on makeup and hair for her wedding in May. I love seeing how happy she is but I can't believe my baby is getting married.

Today I have a pretty spring card with some new products from Taylored Expressions

I love the TE Door to Door Series. This Spring door was created with the Door to Door Dies and the new Door to Door Spring Decor

I used the Brick Embossing Folders, on of my favs, to created the background for the card front. I highlighted the bricks with Copic Markers and a little Distress Ink.

The sentiment is from the Easter Wishes Stamp Set. I love all the detail and dimension you can get with the Door to Door Dies.

Thanks for stopping by! Have a good weekend! Here are the products I used to create my card.

Pretty Happy Birthday

Hello! I've had this beautiful Altenew Stamp Set, Persian Motifs, in my stash for a while now. I can't believe I hadn't inked it up yet! I had a little time to play in my studio this weekend so I played along with the February Challenge: From Places Abroad: Cyprus

Here is my take on the Inspiration Challenge.

I stamped the three beautiful images in Gold Delicata Golden Glitz Ink and embossed with gold embossing powder. I added just a bit of color to the flowers with Copic Markers. The flowers are die cut with the coordinating Persian Motifs Dies

I cut and matted a circle in the center of the card and then added a sentiment from the stamp set. The background is embossed with the Dotted Lattice Embossing Folder from Taylored Expressions. The gold sequins are from Pretty Pink Posh.

Thanks for stopping by! Have a good rest of the week!

Hi Everyone! It is time for a all new Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge - All Boy. I don't know about you, but I never seem to have enough male cards in my stash!

I hope you get a chance to play along. The LEAD of this challenge will be invited as a Guest Designer in a future challenge.

Here's my take on the challenge.

Happy is die cut with MFT's Happy Die-namics. Behind the die cut I added a strip of burlap.

The hat is cut with the Man Hat Dies from Paper Smooches. The mustache is also from Paper Smooches using the Mustaches Dies. The sentiment is from the Think Happy Thoughts Stamp & Die Combo Set from Taylored Expressions.

Thanks for stopping by! Hope you get a change to play along!

Color Throwdown - Hello

Hi Everyone! Hope you are having a good weekend. I know my blog has been a little quiet this week. One of my daughters is getting married in May and all of sudden my calendar is getting booked!

It been awhile since I had a chance to play along with the Color Throwdown Challenge. I love all the designers on the team and the challenge is always great inspiration for new color combos!

Here's my take on the challenge.

I started by creating my background with watercolor paper and Tim Holtz Distress Inks in Shabby Shutters, Peeled Paint, and Mowed Lawn, and then misted with water.

Next I stamped and die cut the flowers and stems with the Brushed Blooms Stamp Set and coordinating   Brushed Blooms Dies.

The sentiment is from Reverse Confetti, the Hello Confetti Cuts. The frame is cut with the Scallop Frames Dies from Pretty Pink Posh, hands down my favorite frame die. The clear sequins are also from Pretty Pink Posh.

Thanks for stopping by!

Easter Wishes

Thanks for stopping by my blog today. I have a card to share with some of the latest release products from Taylored Expressions.

I guess Easter really will be here before we know it!

I used the new Easter Wishes Stamp Set to create this card. The stamp set has three beautiful eggs included in the set. I stamped with egg in Delicata Golden Glitz Ink and embossing with gold embossing powder. I colored with Copic markers but next I want to try watercoloring the eggs. I die cut the eggs with the Egg Stacklets.

The pretty background is created with the Leafy Vine Cutting Plate, but I left all the pieces in place. The embellishment is put together with the Bloomers Greenery and the Bloomers 2 dies, and the bunny from the Door to Door Spring Decor Die Set.

The sentiment is from the Easter Wishes Stamp Set and cut out with the Stitched Banner Stacklets.

Have a good rest of the week! Here are the links to the products I used to create this card:
