For my projects today,  I am showcasing the new Laina Lamb Stamp Set, Journal It - Pocket Calendar.

I have created a 12 x 12 scrapbook page and a pocket page layout. The 12 by 12 page has more of a elegant look and the pocket page is more on the simple, graphic side. I love how versatile this stamp set is!

This beautiful picture is from my oldest daughter's wedding. I started by adhering the pattern paper to black card stock. Then I used one of Mona's new stencils being released this month, the Damask Stencil, applying a light layering of Molding Paste over the stencil. After the molding paste dried, I sponged on a couple colors of distress ink.

Inspiration for the layout comes from this month's sketch challenge at Once Upon A Sketch.

Here's a closer look of the nice, soft texture the stencil adds to page.

To create the little calendar I used the stamps from the Journal It - Pocket Calendar. After you stamp the calendar there is a variety of sentiments you can stamp at the top, and a solid dot to highlight the date of your event. The calendar is cut out with the Insert It - 3x4 Insert Die-namics.

The red flower is created with the Mini Hybrid Heirloom Rose Die-namics.

"Documented" is included in the Journal It - Pocket Calendar Stamp Set and "memories" is cut with the  Accent It - Story Titles Die-namics.

Here I used the Celebratory Greetings Die-namics to die cut the word "celebrate" and "your day" is stamped with a stamp from the month's, Free with $60.00, Celebrate Stamp Set.

Next up is a pocket style page using a Becky Higgins pocket page, style G.

I stamped "milestone" and "year" with stamps from the Journal It - Pocket Calendar Stamp Set. The number is from a new Die-namics sets being released this month, Negative Dot Numbers and the circles from the new Stitched Circle STAX Die-namics.

I also used the File Tab, Fishtail Flags, and Photo Corners Die-namics.

This insert card is made with the new To the Point Stamp Set and Die-namics.

And here's a look at the calendar insert.

I hope you have enjoyed this release as much as I have!
